Ocean Room
The Ocean Room is located on the upper level of the main pavilion. It can accommodate receptions of up to 450 people, with table set-up dining for up to 300 people and seminars for up to 220 people.
MEETING PACKAGES
Full-day Package
* Meeting room with set up and use of audio/visual equipment from 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Morning coffee break with Danish pastries and croissants
* Luncheon (three-course Western or Asian set menu, or buffet for a minimum of 30 persons)
* Afternoon coffee break with French pastries
* Standard meeting set up with pad, pen and 2 bottles of mineral water
Priced at US$30 per person (Rate is subject to 10% VAT and 5% service charge)
Half-day Package
* Meeting room with set up and use of audio/visual equipment from 8:00am - 12:00 noon or 1:00pm - 5:00pm
* Morning or afternoon coffee break with Danish pastries and croissants or French pastries
* Luncheon (three-course Western or Asian set menu, or buffet for a minimum of 30 persons)
* Standard meeting set up with pad, pen and 2 bottles mineral water
Priced at US$24 per person (Rate is subject to 10% VAT and 5% service charge))
